Tuition and Payment Procedure
Tuition is $360 a month. Payments are due on the first of the month and will always be the full amount regardless of how many weeks there are in the month. If payment is not paid by the following Friday, a $10.00 late fee will be assessed. This late fee can be waived if you let us know beforehand. Payment can be made with cash, check, through Venmo/Zelle or with your MVA funds. Please make all checks payable to Darcy Wynn.
You are required to pay the monthly fee whenever the program is in session, whether or not your child is in attendance. If your child is unable to attend due to illness extending 2 weeks or more, please provide written notification from their doctor and no fee will be charged from the 3rd week until your child returns. If for some reason, your child is unable to return, the written notification will be acceptable to terminate your child from the program.
